Trail Maintenance Status – Lake Bryan – West Loop

If you would like to do some work on your own, you may use information find here to identify a place that may need work.
Report any trail work your do through this JotForm, setup to standardize and help you easily report work performed, it allows us to update the trail status worksheets, and emails you a record of what you did. Unfortunately it is not linked to the member volunteer hours, but you will have a record to update from if you do it at a later date.

is used to monitor when trail work may be needed on the Lake Bryan West Loop trails. The To-Do List above is generated from workbook.

About the Maintenance Status Spreadsheet:  it is used to record when trails were last trimmed, last mowed, when odd jobs were done, shows work needed, and shows how many man hours were put into the trails. The information below describes each column.

    This is the name of the trail or a segment of a trail. It has has a link to the TrailForks page so you can see it on a map if you don’t know where it is. If you do any trail work on this segment of trail, you would use this name to identify where you were working. But you can use TrailForks to report exactly where you were working with a picture of what you worked on if it was something like a berm or bridge located at a spot on the trial.
    has a number in it, as the number increases over time, the cell will change color from green, to yellow, orange, red.  When red it should be in need of work, but it could need some work once it is yellow.
    is the last date the trail was completely trimmed from start to end. The color of the date will change as time passes indicating that the trail may be in need of trimming.
    is the last date the trail was completely mowed from start to end. Mowing can be replaced with spraying herbicide. The color of the date will change as time passes indicating that the trail may be in need of mowing.
    the is just a recording of other work that may have been performed on the trail such as a bench cut, bridge repair, tree removed, etc.
    this is a record of some work that needs to be done on this trail. Once it has been completed, it may be in other work, but will no longer show in that column.
